STATUTORY AUDIT OF THE COMPANY
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 39/2010, on 29 April 2016, the Shareholders' Meeting engaged Reconta Ernst & Young S.p.A. (today EY S.p.A.) to conduct the statutory audit of the Company's accounts for the years 2016-2024.
The audit partner for EY S.p.A. is Riccardo Rossi. The audit firm EY, responsible for performing the statutory audit of ENAV's accounts and the consolidated financial statements performs the same function for ENAV’s Italian subsidiaries.
