In view of the social importance of the Company’s operations, the main objective of ENAV’s corporate governance system is to create long-term value for its shareholders, to perpetuate the company’s sustainable success and to appropriately balance and foster all the interests involved.
ENAV's corporate governance system is a structured set of bodies, principles, rules and procedures that complies with the Corporate Governance Code (which the Company has adopted), regulatory requirements and best practice.
The Company provides the market with complete disclosure of the evolution of its corporate governance practices in its report on corporate governance and ownership structure, published annually together with the financial statements.
The Company also publishes an annual sustainability report (containing the consolidated non-financial statement pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 254/2016), which discusses the issues associated with the materiality matrix and the quantitative indicators required by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) core version and the strategy adopted by the Board of Directors in this regard.
