The rules and principles contained in the guidelines for the management of Inside Information are intended to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations on market abuse while maintaining the utmost confidentiality of inside information or information likely to become such, in order to prevent the selective disclosure of documentation and other information concerning ENAV and the Group, the advance release of information to certain parties or the untimely, incomplete or inadequate release of information.
