ENAV, the first and only Air Navigation Service Provider in the world listed on a Stock Exchange, has been a constant presence over the years at the Canso World ATM Congress  in Madrid, now in its 7th edition, which will take place from 12 to 14 March. The most important event in the Air Traffic Management sector  hosted , the major ANSPs and the most prestigious  participants related to the world of air transport, with over 190 exhibiting companies from over 120 Countries.

ENAV’s participation in the Event has been an opportunity to introduce new commercial solutions and services developed by the Group, including the updated version of CRS (Central Rostering System), a system created for the turnover optimization of the operating staff; the first European implementation of ICAO PInS (Point-In-Space) procedures, utilized to support Helicopter Emergency Medical Services and rescue operations. A particular focus was be on the presentation of D-Flight, the NewCo for the control of the drones, of which ENAV is the majority shareholder.

The Company's commercial offer currently includes highly innovative services and products such as Training, Flight Inspection services, Engineering and Maintenance, Meteorological products and services and Aeronautical Consultancy. In this context, a series of multimedia supports will illustrate the latest projects to the Company guests and visitors: the project of the new control tower of Mitiga airport, in Libya, which demonstrates ENAV's capability to operate even in highly critical areas, is the latest news.

The exhibition space  also hosted the SESAR Walking Tour, an itinerary  of presentations hosted by the stands of the different SESAR stakeholders, giving visitors the opportunity to meet experts and learn about the latest European projects, developed within the SESAR community.

ENAV  participated, as speaker, in various scheduled seminars during the Event:

•  “D-Flight”, the NewCo., presented with “The Italian U-Space Company”, a new platform that pursues the accomplishment of an UTM service (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Traffic Management) integrated with both the locationing and georeferencing systems.
• The Free Route project presentation, “Free Route in Italy – real implementation in a complex airspace”.
• The Group sustainable actions presented with “ENAV’s path towards a sustainable future”.
• The first European implementation of ICAO PInS (Point-In-Space) procedures: “First European Implementation of PInS procedures to support medical emergency operations (HEMS)”.
• Last but not least, the speech: “Re-organization of ATS provision in Italy through remotisation of ATC Units

ENAV plays a fundamental role in the most important international projects and programs such as SESAR Joint Undertaking , SESAR Deployment Manager, BLUE MED , 4-Flight/Coflight and is a significant shareholder in major international companies,  AIREON and EGNOS . The Company is also involved in a series of working tables within international Institutions and Organizations such Eurocontrol , ICAO , the European Commission and CANSO . The annual A6 meeting, chaired by ENAV’s CEO Roberta Neri, will be another important opportunity for comparison between Representatives of the major European providers and industry and institutions representatives to discuss the strategic lines, which the Alliance intends to undertake in the short and medium term to achieve the main goal of implementing the European ATM system.
A large number of hosted buyers, future business partners and international guests will be welcomed to the Company stand for institutional visits and business meetings.
