Rome, 12 February 2024 – ENAV SpA announces that the Board of Directors to approve the consolidated financial statements of the ENAV Group and the draft financial statements of ENAV S.p.A. for the year ending on 31 December 2023 and the proposed allocation of profits, initially scheduled for 21 March 2024, will be held on 20 March 2024.
