Graduated in 1980 in Business Economics at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, she has been a Chartered Accountant since 1982 and a Certified Auditor since 1995.

Since 1982 she has been the owner of Studio Scuteri, based in Milan, specialized in corporate, tax and accounting consultancy and tax litigation for Italian and European entities.

In the course of her professional activity, she has mainly dealt with the drafting of ordinary and consolidated financial statements - with a focus on highlighting issues related to the application of proper financial reporting and the accounting of corporate and group events - as well as carrying out activities related to tax litigation. She also managed the preparation of economic and financial restructuring of companies and improvement of business activities, and held the position of liquidator in the context of insolvency procedures, also participating in the preparation of the admission phase to the same procedures.

She carries out tax and accounting consultancy activities, as well as auditing.

She has significant experience in supervisory activity having held the position of Statutory Auditor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors at several companies, as well as holding positions of directorship. From 2019 to 2022 she was a Standing auditor of Società Esercizi Aeroportuali S.E.A. S.p.A. and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of AMSC S.p.A. from 2019, and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Brera Art Gallery from 2019 to 2022.

Since 2020 she has been the president of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Poste Assicura S.p.A. Since 2022 she has been Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of CEF 3 WIND ENERGY S.p.A. and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of SER SOCIETÀ ENERGIE RINNOVABILI S.p.A.
