Rome, 29 July 2021 – ENAV has signed new financing contracts for a total amount of 250 million euros out of which Term Loans for a total of €180 million and RCF (Revolving Credit Facility) for a total amount of 70 million euros.

Financing contracts have been signed through bilateral agreements with BNL, for a total amount of €100 million euros, Unicredit, for a total amount of €90 million euros, and Mediobanca, for a total amount of 60 million euros.

Term Loans and RCF will have a variable interest rate indexed to the EURIBOR, a two years tenor and foreseen repayment at maturity.

The new financing contracts are part of the ordinary, proactive and prudential approach to liquidity management, and will be utilized to optimize future years cash flow.
